La Cabane a Sucre and Lumberjack Spirit Day

Students will be invited to the Cabane à sucre or sugar shack, which is central to winter celebrations in Quebec. The Cabane à sucre is a place to connect with friends, to enjoy a traditional French-Canadian meal, and then to get up and sing and dance with friends. Mme. Sturgeon & Neufeld’s classes will be serving hot chocolate and croissants for students. The gym will be decorated, French music will be playing, and Bonhomme may stop by to visit.
