PAC Chocolate Fundraiser

On Sept 26, your child in Grades 3-5 (Div 1-11) will be assigned a case of chocolates to sell. All profits will go   directly toward upgrading our school's gymnastics equipment - a benefit for every student!

This fundraiser will run until Friday, October 17. Unsold chocolates and cash
payment can be turned in to our volunteers that are set-up in the PAC kitchen every
morning, from 8:50am-9:15am.

What do we do with these boxes of chocolates?
These chocolate bars sell for $3 each.They are completely nut & peanut free.
Friends, family and neighbours are often happy to support the cause and are a safe
option to sell to.

To make things fun, we've added some great prizes:

🥇1st place: $100 Amazon gift card

🥈2nd place: $75 Amazon gift card

🥉3rd place: $50 Amazon gift card

In addition, the division with the highest sales will win a class pizza party!

• Divisions 1-5 will compete against each other.
• Divisions 6-11 will compete against each other.

⚠️ Very Important: If you know your student will NOT be participating in this fundraiser, please have your student - or yourself - notify their teacher on Friday so that their case can be reassigned to another student.

⚠️ Important note for Divisions 12-17:

When our chocolate order was placed back in June, we did not anticipate the sudden growth of our school            community. Because of this, we unfortunately do not have enough cases to distribute to every student in these        divisions. If your child would still like to participate, please email us at fundraiser.clearbrookpac@gmail.com so that we can add their name to the waitlist.

To make sure everyone has a chance to join in the fun, we'll also be offering an ice cream party to the top-selling class in Divisions 12-17!
