Back to School Information for Next Week!

We so are excited to embark on a new school year with all students at École Clearbrook, on Tuesday, September 2^nd! On a hâte d’accueillir vos enfants!

Here is some important information for next week :

French Immersion Families:

French class lists for grades 1-5 will be finalized and shared with families via email this Friday, August 29^th.

Tuesday, September 2^nd is an early dismissal day.  Students are to meet outside their assigned door at the 8:45 am warning bell.  Students will be dismissed from the same door at 11:45 am.  All outside doors are clearly marked with the room number.  (Please ensure that your child brings a snack).

Please note that the above schedule and class list information applies to French Immersion Grades 1 to 5 only; if you have a child in French Immersion Kindergarten, please refer to the Kindergarten Gradual Entry Information that was e-mailed out to all French Immersion Kindergarten families in July.

English Families:

Class lists are not ready for our English grade 1-5 divisions.  Many new families have moved into our catchment and we are updating our lists daily.  English Grade 1-5 students will spend Tuesday, September 2^nd in Grade Groups.  For example, grade 5 students will be divided into three groups and get to spend the morning with our three grade 5 teachers.  Grade Group Information for Tuesday will be shared with families via email this Friday, August 29^th.  These groups will NOT be your child’s permanent placement. Class lists will be finalized no later than September 8^th.
