La cabane à sucre or sugar shack, is the site where the Maple sugar is tapped,
boiled and made into Canada’s world famous Maple syrup. During the winters,
the cabane a sucre is a gathering place for singing, dancing and traditional foods,
like tourtières, crêpes and cretons….and a LOT of Maple syrup! This morning
students will be hosted by the PAC in the gym for a pancake breakfast, in the style
of the sugar shack!
