National Red Dress Day

It is a day of awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, girls and Two-Spirited People in Canada. At the elementary level, the focus of this day will be to learn about and celebrate Indigenous matriarchs. The Indigenous Department will be sharing resource links with schools shortly.
