Kindergarten Registration for Clearbrook Elementary

Registration for your neighbourhood catchment school begins on Monday, January 19, 2026, at 8:30 am.

There are 3 options for registering your child for Kindergarten for September 2026:

1. Online Registration ~ requires a computer, not a cell phone (link opens Jan 19 @ 8:30 am)
2. Fillable PDF Form ~ complete & email to our school (on or after 8:30 am on Jan 19th)
3. Printed Registration Form ~ complete & submit in person to our school office (on or after 8:30 am on Jan 19th)

Regardless of the chosen registration method, all families will be required to provide identification documents to satisfy proof of age & proof of address, etc.

IMPORTANT: A registration will be considered complete once a parent/guardian has provided ALL the required supporting documents.
